Ingredients For Dal Makhani Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all boiled rajma and dal . After they are boiled remove 1 cup of black water from top.
  • 2. Now heat up a pan add butter and add ginger garlic paste saute it and add kasmiri red chilli powder,tomato puree and cook on medium flame for 5 mins. Then add salt give it a mix and then pour boiled dal and rajma in that pan.
  • 3. Now in slow flame cook for 10 mins then add water to balance it's textured(2 cup water).
  • 4. Now for tempering take another pan add oil ,garlic chopped and saute then add it in dal which you prepared
  • 5. On top add cream to the dal. And your tempting dal Makhani is ready to be served.
