1.
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds. cumin cracks add all the vegetables. Saute for few seconds.

Add salt, black pepper powder, turmeric powder chopped tomatoes. Stir well. cook it for 5 minutes.

Now Add roasted Dalia and 2 cup Water Cover it with lid. Let it cook for 12 to 15 minutes over medium to low heat until Dalia is cooked, Stir occasionally. Add more water if require.
4.
Dalia is ready turn off the flame , add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
