Ingredients For Dalia Upma Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds. cumin cracks add all the vegetables. Saute for few seconds.
  • 2. Add salt, black pepper powder, turmeric powder chopped tomatoes. Stir well. cook it for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Now Add roasted Dalia and 2 cup Water Cover it with lid. Let it cook for 12 to 15 minutes over medium to low heat until Dalia is cooked, Stir occasionally. Add more water if require.
  • 4. Dalia is ready turn off the flame , add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
  • 5. Serve hot.
