Heat kadai. Roast Dalia till it become light brown in colour. Once it is done. Transfer to a plate.Heat oil in Kadai. When the oil is hot. Add mustard seeds, dry red chilli and few curry leaves. Let it crackle. Then add chopped tomato. Cook till the tomato become soft and mashy.

Then add grated carrot. Fry till it cooked. Then add roasted Dalia. Stir and fry till the Dalia cook well. Add Lukewarm water as needed. Cover and cook till the Dalia cooked.Once it is done. Transfer to a beautiful bowl. Ready to serve with mango pickle, papad etc..
