Ingredients For Dates and dryfruits roll recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat pan, dry roast the dry fruits ( almond, walnuts and cashew)
  • 2. Also dry roast seasme seeds.
  • 3. Grind the rasins n deseeded dates to thick paste.
  • 4. Now heat ghee in a pan, put dates and rasin mixture.
  • 5. Saute for a while, add dry fruits powder n elachi powder.
  • 6. Mix it well. Switch off the flame. Take this mixture in a plate.
  • 7. Let it cool, now knead like dough.
  • 8. Make roll , sprinkle dry seasme seeds on it n wrap in a butter paper. Put in refrigerator for sometime to set.
  • 9. Once done take it out, unwrap the roll. U can cut into slices n serve.
