Ingredients For Delicious Carrot Tomato Papad Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grind taken carrot & tomato adding 1/2 cup water
  • 2. Take the extract completely from grinded mixture by adding required amount of water
  • 3. Mix 2 cups rice flour with 3 cups water & make thick slurry
  • 4. In a pan add taken extract & water which should be 14 cups in total.
  • 5. When it starts boiling, add washed sabudana & cook till it becomes transparent
  • 6. Then add prepared rice flour slurry & mix well & cook for 15 minutes on low to medium heat till it becomes thick.
  • 7. Add chilli flakes, salt to taste, chopped curry leaves & a pinch of orange red food colour & mix well
  • 8. Now take any polythene sheet or cotton cloth & then add it like papads
  • 9. Sun dry them for 2 days & our fryums /papads are ready to fry
