Desi Ghee ke Boondi Laddo Recipe

So want to eat something sweet? and that also from Indian sweet?so anybody can suggest you eat "laddoo" whether it is from suji besan or motichur.bit here I am going to make "boondi laddoo" with desi ghee. without desi ghee and that also Indian sweet? won't work.mouthmelting and so delicious.so here I am using the dairy product "desi ghee" so let's make it.

U can use any regular jhara which we use for frying or u can use grater also.of u want u can dryfruits in it.

Methods
  • 1. Take2 bowl in 1st bowl add 1 1/2 cup besan and another add 1/2 cup .make batter one by one. Add water little at time and mix it.
  • 2. Use beater so it won't make lumps in batter. Continuously mix it by adding water and make batter in 1st bowl add yellow colour and another green colour. Make same batter both of it
  • 3. Batter consistency should be like pakaro batter not so thin nor thick. Mix it for 4-5 minutes and keep it for rest for 10-15 minutes.
  • 4. Take pot add sugar and water keep boil it on medium flame till sugar get observed and syrup come out 2 thread consistency.
  • 5. Syrup should be nice and thick. Get off from flame. Add cardamom powder mix it and keep it side. Now keep kadai on medium flame.
  • 6. Add desi ghee for frying boondi. Take boondi jhara. Mix batter once. Add 1 katori batter in that spread it all over jhara which held on kadai and tap it in ghee.
  • 7. Fry boondi on medium flame. Mix batter after every batch of boondi and wipe jhara from bottom after every use so extra batter will get remove.
  • 8. Fry all boondi. 1st complete 1 colour boondi then fry another one and keep both in same strainer to drain excess oil.
  • 9. Boil the syrup again and add boondi mix it well and cover it for next 1 hour.
  • 10. After 1 hour roll laddu by using hand by pressing boondi.
  • 11. So here ur desi ghee boondi laddoo are ready to eat
