Ingredients For Dhokla sushi with bell peppers recipe

Methods
  • 1. Combined idli batter, oil, curd, fruit salt, and salt in a bowl. Mix everything well. Grease a plate.
  • 2. Pour 1/2 cup of prepared batter on a greased plate and tap well to spread evenly. Steam it in a steamer for 4-5 minutes or till done . Keep aside.
  • 3. Repeat this for make one more thin dhokla. Cool slightly , loosen the edges and remove using a knife. Keep aside.
  • 4. Place a cling film on a clean dry surface. Brush it with little and sprinkle some black seaseme and dessicated coconut mixture evenly over it.
  • 5. Place one dhokla sheet over it and spread some cheese and red garlic sauce evenly over it. Place red and green capsicum strips overlapping each other on one side.
  • 6. Roll it very tightly while rolling. Make sure you do not roll the cling film while rolling.
  • 7. Place the rolled dhokla sushi on a dry place and cut it into equal portion using a sharp knife. Serve immediately with wasabi mayo.
