  • 1. Mash 2 ripe bananas with a spoon in a bowl.
  • 2. Add oil, jaggery sugar and essence to it.
  • 3. Mix it well.
  • 4. Add wheat flour baking powder and soda to it .
  • 5. Mix it . Now pour in the greased tin and bake.
