Ingredients For Dosa Masala Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Make dosa with readymade khiru.
  • 2. In a kadhai add 3 tbsp oil. Add mustard, curry leaves and jeera to it.
  • 3. After 30 seconds add green chillies and turmeric. Saute and add dash of water.
  • 4. Add the mashed potatoes. On top add salt and mix tandoori masala with 2 tbsp water and add it to the masala. Mix the masala well.
  • 5. Enjoy the spicy treat with your dosa.
