Ingredients For Drums of Heaven Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly, marinate chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, soy sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, red chili powder, black pepper and salt. Keep it marinated for half an hour.
  • 2. Now make a thick batter with cornflour, rice flour and egg. Coat the marinated chicken lollipop pieces in it.
  • 3. Deep fry the lollipops in oil over medium heat until golden brown.
  • 4. Heat oil in a pan and saute chopped onion, ginger and garlic until onions turn translucent.
  • 5. Add schezwan sauce, soy sauce, red chilli powder, tomato ketchup and salt. Stir fry and cook the sauce for few minutes.
  • 6. Add cornflour mixture and mix well. Then add the fried chicken lollipops.
  • 7. Toss it well. Garnish with chopped spring onion. Enjoy!!
