Ingredients For Dry fruit crackers recipe

Methods
  • 1. First, grease a rectangular mold with aluminum foil and keep it ready. Chop all the dry fruits.
  • 2. First of all add all the dry fruits in a pan and roast them on slow flame of gas for 2 to 3 minutes. And take it out in a plate and keep it to cool down.
  • 3. Now heat another pan and add jaggery to it. Melt the jaggery on a medium flame of gas and add ghee to it and keep stirring continuously.. (adding ghee gives shine to the chikki) When the color of the jaggery changes a little, slow down the gas flame. Put the base of this jaggery in a small bowl filled with water and check after 1 to 2 seconds by placing it between the teeth. If the jaggery does not stick to the teeth and breaks immediately, then the base of jaggery is ready.
  • 4. Now add baking soda and cardamom powder to the base of this jaggery and mix well. Then immediately add roasted dry fruits to this and mix well.
  • 5. Now switch off the gas flame and take it out in a mold greased with ghee and spread it evenly and level it. Now garnish the top with sliced almonds and pistachios. Now remove the aluminum foil from the mold and spread it thinly on the kitchen platform with ghee-greased rolling pin....
  • 6. Now immediately cut the crackers in the desired size and shape with a pizza cutter and let it cool for 30 minutes. Then cut the crackers into pieces.
