Ingredients For EGG AND PEAS CURRY RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Chop the onion and the tomatoes. Cut the boiled eggs into two pieces. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the boiled eggs till brown. Drain and keep aside.
  • 2. Again heat the oil in pan and put the cumin seeds to crackle. Then add the chopped onion. Saute till brown.
  • 3. Add tomato, red chilly powder, kashmiri mirch powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and cook it in medium flame approx 4-5 minutes.
  • 4. Add the peas and 1 cup water and simmer for 15-20 minutes till the peas get cooked. Add the fried eggs and garam masala in the pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot with fresh coriander leaves.
