Ingredients For Egg Bhurji Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onion and green chilli. Sauté till it turns pink on medium flame.
  • 2. Add finely chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder in a pan.
  • 3. Whisk eggs in a bowl. Now add salt and mix it with onion tomato mixture in a pan.
  • 4. Keep on stirring till eggs get cooked on slow flame.
  • 5. Garnish with coriander leaves. Top it with butter or cheese & serve hot.

I cooked this one and came out nice. I have never tried adding Garam masala and Turmeric to bhurji before, so was a different indian twist!

Add a little butter to it while cooking for that extra special flavour and don’t forget to add chopped coriander in the end
