Ingredients For Egg Chop Kolkata Style Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl take boiled mashed potatoes, salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger powder & chopped coriander leaves. Mix it well.
  • 2. Hard boil the eggs & cut halves.
  • 3. In a bowl take a egg & cornflour. Mix it well.
  • 4. Now take some potato mixture, put one egg half in it & cover it with some more potato mixture.
  • 5. Dip the egg chops in egg cornflour batter & roll it in breadcrumbs.
  • 6. Heat enough oil in a kadhai & deep fry the egg chops in it in medium flame.
  • 7. Enjoy it with onion ring & masterd sauce.
