  • 1. Cut all the veggie.
  • 2. Heat vinegar and sugar together and boil for 5 minutes in low flame.
  • 3. Pour on vegetable mixture.add salt to taste.
  • 4. Shell the eggs.
  • 5. Cut them in to halves,or any another shape.
  • 6. Arrange all the veggies and eggs on a plate sprinkle chat masala over it and enjoy.
