Ingredients For European style stuff braided bread Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take 4 tbsp warm water in a bowl add sugar and dissolve yeast .keep aside to activate yeast.
  • 2. In a big mixing bowl take flour ,pinch of salt , oregeno and butter and mix well
  • 3. Add yeast to flour and make a sticky dough with sufficient water and knead well.keep in warm place till 30 minutes to rise.
  • 4. Meanwhile take 1 onion 2 tomatoes , kashmiri red chilli and capsicum in a pan add 2tbsp water and cover with lid
  • 5. Cook on low flame till tender. strain vegetables and keep cool.
  • 6. Grind the veggies to make paste add 1tbsp ketchup and mix well.
  • 7. Take dough and divide dough in four equal portion. flatten each ball and make a rectangle. divide in three equal portion but not cut just marked.
  • 8. in a bowl take chopped veggies corn , pepper powder salt and cheese and mix well
  • 9. in center spread prepared salsa , than spread veggies stuffing on it. cut on both sides like slits to make design.
  • 10. cover one by one and spread sesame on it.preheat the oven at 200° for 10 minutes with both roads on.
  • 11. Now place it in preheated oven till 20 -25 minutes or till golden on top .
  • 12. After bake brish little butter to make shiny.
