Ingredients For FARAH (INDIAN MOMOS) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take the Channa Dal and soak them in water for 4-5 hours.
  • 2. Take the Channa Dal, garlic and green chillies and grind them together. Add some salt and mix it well.
  • 3. Make a soft dough and keep it for a while.
  • 4. Take some small pieces of the dough and give them a circular shape.
  • 5. Fill them with the Channa Dal mixture and pack it like envelopes.
  • 6. Prepare steamer and steam the envelopes for 15 mins.
  • 7. Heat a nonstick pan and add oil, rye, chillies, curry leaves.
  • 8. Cut the "farahs" in small sized pieces and it to the pan and stir fry it till it is golden brown in color.
  • 9. Take some skewers and put the farahs in them one by one.
  • 10. Plate well and serve hot.
