Methods
  • 1. Take fish pieces and apply some turmeric powder and salt and keep.
  • 2. Heat the pot for oil and add mustard, cumin, curry leaf, funegreek, garlic, onion and saute well.
  • 3. Then add tomato, turmeric power, Curry masala, asafoetida powder, mango and some tamarind water and close the lid for few minutes to make it boil well.
  • 4. After that add green chilli sliced half, then add fish pieces into the pot and also some more water if needed, then salt. Close the lid and let it cook well for another 10 minutes.
  • 5. Now the curry is ready to be served for the whole family.
