Ingredients For Fish Ganga Jamuna Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Marinate the fish with salt & turmeric powder. Heat oil in a pan & fry the fish pieces.
  • 2. Take out the fish from pan & add nigella seeds in the same oil. Let it crackle & then add mustard paste, salt, turmeric powder & 1tspb red chilli powder.
  • 3. Add 2 cup of water. When water will start to boil then add fried fish pieces. Mind it in this recipe don't flip the other side of the fish .
  • 4. Cook it till the gravy dried up from the one side of the fish.
  • 5. In another pan heat a tspn oil & add mustard seeds & dry red chilli. Allow them to sputter. Add tamarind extract, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, salt & sugar. Add 1 cup of water & let it boil.
  • 6. When the gravy comes to a boil, carefully added the fish pieces on the side untouched by the mustard gravy. Cook it till the gravy dried up little bit.
  • 7. Fish ganga jamuna is ready to serve. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves & serve with hot rice.
