Ingredients For FISH MIRACLE WITH RICE RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash the basmati rice and mix it with water and boil it for some time.
  • 2. Drain the water and keep the boiled rice in a big bowl.
  • 3. Wash the tangra fish and add turmeric powder and salt with it
  • 4. Heat the pan and add mustard oil in it and shallow fry the fish and keep it in a bowl
  • 5. Then add chopped onions and green chilli and stir nicely
  • 6. Then add coriander leaves, red chili powder and salt and kismis and mix well
  • 7. Now add water and allow it to boil and then add the fish in it
  • 8. After some time when the juices become dense then pour the Tangra Fish with juices in a bowl
  • 9. Now FISH MIRACLE is ready to serve with boiled rice.
