Methods
  • 1. Take semolina in a big bowl and add curd and baking soda to it and whisk nicely.
  • 2. Water can be added in small quantity to reach the pouring consistency.
  • 3. Once the batter is prepared keep it overnight or for 8 hours.
  • 4. Grease the idli stand and prepare the idlis in batches.
  • 5. Once the idlis are ready, prepare a tadka in a pan.
  • 6. Take a pan and add oil, mustard seeds and the prepared idlis (cut into halves).
  • 7. Add salt and mix well once it is mixed add lemon juice upon it little by little.
  • 8. Serve hot.
