Ingredients For Dabeli idly Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all we will start our southindian fusion dish by making steam idlies with help of steamer.we will pour idly batter into pre-greased mould and steam them for 15 minutes on high medium flame.we will add salt some oil and eno in batter and mix up.
  • 2. Once idlies are ready we will demould them and keep aside to cool them.
  • 3. Now we will make our dabeli masala stuffing.for that we will heat oil in pan and saute mashed potato by adding all masalas and give them proper mix.our dabeli masala becomes ready.
  • 4. Now we will take one side of idly put mint chutney imly chutney and than stuff dabeli masal(potato filling)over it than we will go on adding tomato onion chopped namkeen sev pomegranate seeds coriander leaves etc and finish it with attaching another idly layer.
  • 5. Finally our dabeli idly are ready to serve.
