Fried rice using left over rice recipe

I used left over rice as the main ingredient, along with lots of veggies and nuts. That's too yummy and healthy too. My family members love this one.

Ingredients For Fried rice using left over rice recipe

Methods
  • 1. Add ghee in a pan, heat it and add cashew nut, fry till golden and remove from heat.
  • 2. Add chopped veggies. I used carrot, beans, capsicum, cauliflower. Fry and add salt, pepper and sugar. Fry in high flame for 5 mins.
  • 3. Add rice and stir fry for 3-4 mins. Add garam masala and kismis. Fry for 1 min. Then add cashew nut.
  • 4. Ready to serve.
