Ingredients For GOBHI MUSSULUM RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take a medium sized cauliflower clean it well and chop off the bottom leaf stem part.
  • 2. Steam the cauliflower using water with some oil and salt for 10 minutes.
  • 3. Add some orange food coloring to the cauliflower and keep it aside for a while.
  • 4. Heat some oil in a pan and add onion ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, tomato, garam masala, and meat masala and cook it well.
  • 5. Apply the masala made as marination on the cauliflower.
  • 6. Bake it for 180 degrees for 10 minutes until toasted brown.
  • 7. Garnish it with fresh cream and chopped carrots and some coriander leaves and serve with tandoori roti or naan.
