Ingredients For Butter Garlic Naan with Bread Malai Kofta Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First take flour for kneading.. Take the flour add salt , sugar ,oil ,grated garlic ,curd , baking powder and baking soda
  • 2. Start kneading the the flour very gently and if some water needed for kneading
  • 3. Add luke warm water , Once done rest the flour for 2 hours
  • 4. After 2 hour Take portion of kneaded flour and make oval shape just the way we prepare chapati
  • 5. On one side brush some water and add black cumin on top of it.
  • 6. Give the water soaked side on tawa and toast it.
  • 7. Once it sticks to the pan flip the pan in the opposite side
  • 8. And roast the top side of the naan from direct flame
  • 9. Once both side are completely done keep it in a plate and apply melted butter on both side and serve it with bread malai kofta
  • 10. Now for the kofta we need some kneaded flour from previous recipe.Grate the paneer and boiled potato in one plate
  • 11. add salt ,sugar,coriander powder ,garam masala ,corn flour and knead it
  • 12. Take some portion of mixed paneer andtake little kneaded flour and make a ball and stuff it with the paneer.then steam it in steamer. Note the thickness of the flour would be thin.
  • 13. Now in a pan add some water ,onion ,cashew and green chillies and boil it with pinch of salt
  • 14. Once it is boiled strain it and grind it in the grinder and make a paste
  • 15. Now add some oil in the pan add sahi jeera ,cloves cardamom , cinnamon and fry little and add the ginger paste and saute it.
  • 16. Add the cashew paste in it , Once it starts boiling add milk to it.
  • 17. Then add garam masala coriander powder and mix it Add 50 gm of curd and mix it .Once it starts separately from the pan
  • 18. Add salt sugar and add water according to the much gravy you want in it
  • 19. Now pour the gravy on top of the bread stuffed momo and serve it hot hot
