Ingredients For Gojiya Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak chana dal for 1 to 2 hour, then remove all water and grind coarsely with garlic, green chillies,dill leaves and coriander leaves and add salt.
  • 2. Add rice flour, salt in a bowl and knead soft dough.
  • 3. Now take medium portion from dough, dust in dry flour and slightly press with rolling pin. Make small puri sized roti.
  • 4. stuff chana dal mixture in it and fold from sides or make like flower. Or simple make shape liye gujhiya.
  • 5. In a steamer heat water and put a strainer over it and steam gujiya till done.
  • 6. Take out all gojiya and serve hot.
