Ingredients For UltaPalta Paratha #MismatchedMasala

Methods
  • 1. Take chopped methi leaves, chopped coriander leaves, chopped spinach leaves, green moong dal paste, blanched and chopped almonds in a bowl.
  • 2. In a bowl, take aata, satoo, maida, salt, hing, fresh curd, garlic, green chillies, chopped onion, hing and mix them well
  • 3. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead it well. Make a dough and keep it aside for 10 mintues.
  • 4. Make small balls and knead it into paratha shape
  • 5. In a tawa, heat it and make parathas using ghee.
  • 6. Serve it hot with mint chutney or Khajoor chutney.
