1.
Grind the nuts In a grinder . Not in fine powder. Break the gond in a fine powder.

Heat 1/2 cup ghee in a kadhai. Add gond in a batches and puffed like a corn. Cool down and make a fine powder with the help of rolling pin.
3.
Add remaining ghee in kadhai and add whole wheat flour. Roast on medium flame till golden brown in color or raw aroma goes out. Remove from heat and keep aside.
4.
Heat suger and water in a pan. Cook and make one thread consistency. Add roasted wheat flour, gond powder, Grinded nuts, khoya , grated coconut and cardamom powder. Mix every thing we'll.
5.
Stir continuously. When the mixture comes together off the flame. Cool down in room temperature and make laddoos . Keep it in air tight container.
