Ingredients For Grilled Basa in Grapefruit Butter Sauce Sauce

Methods
  • 1. Marinate the fish with salt and pepper powder for 15 minutes.
  • 2. Add olive oil in a nonstick tawa and heat it mildly.
  • 3. Fry the marinated fishes in medium flame for 5 minutes in each side.
  • 4. After frying is complete put the fish in serving plate.
  • 5. Take another tawa and put butter on it.Wait until the butter melt and bubbles
  • 6. Then put garlic paste in melted butter and stir for few seconds until the paste mixes with butter
  • 7. Then add pepper powder to it and keep stirring for another few seconds until it mixes with butter.
  • 8. Add 1cup of water when the butter mixture starts thickening and mix everything very well.
  • 9. Now mix lemon juice orange juice and sat and give a big stir for getting everything mixing properly.
  • 10. Allow the mixture to boil until bubbles come up.
  • 11. After the mixture starts bubbling turn off the gas and pour the sauce mixture over the fish.
  • 12. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
