Ingredients For Grilled sweet potatoes with Cilantro Vinaigrette Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Drizzle over some oil onto sweet potato wedges and coat them well. Sprinkle salt, pepper powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder and give a nice toss. Pop them onto oven or a grilling pan and roast them until brown and crispy from out. Add some chaat masala to taste.
  • 2. Cilantro Vinaigrette: In a blender combine together all the trident and blend it to a puree.
  • 3. Serve these roasted sweet potatoes with the delicious spicy tangy cilantro Vinaigrette
