Ingredients For Gujiya Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Add 2 teaspoons of ghee and water to the flour and knead the dough
  • 2. Heat the ghee in a pan, fry the semolina, add the khoya and roast it on low heat, add chopped dry fruit and cardamom powder, add the sugar and when it cools down
  • 3. Make a round roti of flour and fill the mixture to shape the Gujiya.
  • 4. Then heat the oil and fry it on medium heat
