Ingredients For Gulab Jamun Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add paneer, khoya, flour, cardamom powder in it and knead.
  • 2. Now add milk in the bowl while mixing, until it forms a thick paste in consistency.
  • 3. Take a small chunk of the mix and flatten it with pal, put a raisin in it and seal it, then roll with hands to make small balls.
  • 4. Meanwhile take a heavy bottom pan and put it on a medium flame. Add water, cardamom powder and sugar in it and cook till it reduce to 3/4.
  • 5. Now take a deep pan, put it on a medium flame. Add oil in it for deep frying.
  • 6. Deep fry the gulab jamun, until they get golden in color then transfer it on a plate.
  • 7. Now soak gulab jamun in sugar syrup for 2 hour and then transfer it in a serving bowl.
  • 8. Garnish with grated kaju. Gulam jamun is ready to serve.
