This Ramadan I thought to serve shirkhurma in unique way in unique taste and unique bowl. i love to create something innovative and in this lockdown I thought let's give a small happiness to my family by serving this beautiful, tasty and innovative dish which I have created "Gulabjamun flavour katori shirkhurma".I have used dairy products Milk,custard powder, condensed milk and gits gulabjamun mix pack.it is very delicious combination u must try this.serve chilled it will taste like cool dessert u will fall in love with the taste.lets make it.

You can add dryfruits as per your choice and quantity. You should eat this as cool dessert it taste so much tasty. You can fry gulab jamun in ghee also. You can keep size of sevai katori as per your choice it can be big or small.shape sevai in katori when it is some how warm don't let it cool down other wise you will not able to shape it. You can 2-3 spoon fried sevai in milk mixture also it will become super tasty.

Ingredients For Gulabjamun Flavour Katori Shirkhurma Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take gits gulabjamun mixture add water in small quantity and knead it. Shape gulab jamun by helping oil on palm fry it in oil till get golden.
  • 2. Make sugar syrup by adding 1 1/2 cup sugar in 2 cup water in 1 thread consistency add hot gulab jamun in luck warm syrup and keep it side for atleast 2 hours.
  • 3. Put kadai on medium flame add 2 spoon ghee add sevai and mix it till get golden add condensed milk mix it well.
  • 4. Add 2-3 spoon water and let it get cook for 2-3 minutes. Take out in plate rest it for 3-4 minutes.
  • 5. Take small katori put plastic papper now add sevai and spread it in shape of katori. Prepare all katori and keep it in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • 6. Take pot add ghee add kaju,badam,charoli,khaskhas,kishmish,chopped coconut and fry it till get golden on slow flame.
  • 7. Now add boilled hot milk and mix it.now add 1/2 cup sugar and mix it now take 1/2 cup milk (room temperature)add custard powder mix it well. and put in boiling milk mix it.
  • 8. Boil it for 3-4 minutes add green elaichi powder and let it get cool down.
  • 9. Now take out katori from refrigerator take out sevai katori from butter papper add milk mixture in it add small small pices of gulab jamun and keep 1 piece of gulab jamun with every katori.
  • 10. Serve chilled it will taste so delicious.
