Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, all the whole spices, ginger, garlic,chili and boiled chana daal.

Fry for 2 minutes and after cooling, add ghee and grind it.

Now heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan and fry it after adding spinach paste and gram paste, then mix the gram flour,salt,dry mango powder and turn off the gas.

For stuffing mix the grated cheese,cashew pieces, mint leaves and nutmeg powder.

Take a little mixture and close it with cheese,cashews masala in the middle.
