It's a wheat flour Harira HARIRA (wheat flour harira) It's an healthy sweet good to have in breakfast, good for children's having fever it gives energy and make tummy full . My Nani (grand maa ) use to give me this super delicious Harira in breakfast when I don't feel well. Easy and quickly made with very less ingredients. It's like sweet soup you can have ,it's been served hot as soon as it is made .

Methods
  • 1. Heat a sauce pan add ghee and add wheat flour and roast till aromatic and starts changing colour.
  • 2. Next add sugar and keep on stirring, next add water in badges to avoid lumps.
  • 3. Keep on stirring it will start thickening keep consistency like soup.
  • 4. Garnish with some chopped dryfruits and always serve hot.
