I personally like to experiment it by adding other flavours and hariyali sabudana vada recipe is one such experiment. I like the flavour of coriander, ginger and mint added together to my breakfast and snack.Masala This hariyali sabudana vada, prepared using a ground paste of coriander and chillies, is a delicious twist to the regular sabudana khichdi.

Ingredients For Hariyali Sabudana Vada Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Add the sabudana to the water and let it soak for about 2 hours and drain in colander.
  • 2. Making the Green chutney:Using a little water, grind the coriander, mint leaves,green chillies, and ginger to a fine paste and Set aside.
  • 3. Take sabudana ,mashed potatoes, green chutney paste, rosted Cumin Seeds powder salt, peanuts, and the lemon juice.Form mixture into vadas.
  • 4. Heat and grease a non stick pan on a medium flame. Transfer vadas onto the hot pan and cook till evenly brown on both the side turning occasionally.Serve hot
