Methods
  • 1. In a big bowl take ghee and add powdered sugar to it. Beat with the beater till light in colour and a bit fluffy.
  • 2. Now add whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour and semolina to the bowl. Blend everything with the beater.
  • 3. Now clean the spokes of beater rods. Now add vanilla essence and dryfruit powder to it.
  • 4. Mix everything with with hand properly. Now add the cardamom and nutmeg powder to the mixture.
  • 5. Now make small smooth balls of the dough and put a plus sign on it. Keep them in a baking tray.
  • 6. Bake the ready cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Bake the remaining cookies similarly.
  • 7. When it cools store them in a airtight container. Remains good for about 15 days.
