Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan,add black mustard seeds to crackle.
  • 2. Add onion and saute for one mins.
  • 3. Add carrot,cabbage and capsicum and saute for one to two mins.
  • 4. Seasoning with salt,turmeric powder,red chilly powder and sambar powder and mix well.
  • 5. Add boiled noodles and tamarind water/imli ka pani and mix well.
  • 6. Serve hot.
