  • 1. In a jar put oats in bottom layer
  • 2. Overthat put cornflakes as second layer
  • 3. Arrange the third layer of chia seeds
  • 4. Overthat pour milk in jar
  • 5. Now as fifth layer put curd in jar
  • 6. Pour honey on this as sixth layer
  • 7. Now sprinkle cinnamon powder on it
  • 8. Seventh layer in jar arrange grated carrot
  • 9. Lastly put almond flakes on it
  • 10. Seal this jar ,freeze it overnight
  • 11. Have it in breakfast early morning
