Methods

How to make Heart chocolate cake Recipe

1. Sieve 2-3 times all-purpose flour Cocoa powder baking powder and baking soda.
2. In a mixing bowl add melted butter, oil and sugar.Beat till it becomes fluffy. Now add condensed milk, again beat.Mix well. Add essence. Wet mixture is ready.
3. Now add flour gradually in wet mixture,mix gently add milk stir it. Put all the flour and milk(as required) and make smooth cake batter. Don't over mix.
4. Pour the batter in cake tin, tap it 2-3 time. Bake for 25- 30 minutes. Check the cake with toothpick. If not done bake it again for 10 minutes.
5. Take out the cake from oven.let it cool completely.
6. Remove it from cake tin.Take a cardboard Cut it in small heart shape.Put this Over the cake. Dust the iceing sugar all over the cake.
7. Gently lift cardboard over the cake. SweetHeart chocolate cake is ready to eat.
