Ingredients For Hing Kasuri Methi Potato Fritters Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a big bowl, add all ingredients except mustard oil, mix nicely and by gradually adding water prepare a smooth, lumpsfree and semi-thick batter.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 3. Dip sliced potato in gram flour batter and deep fry on medium flame until it becomes golden brown and crispy.
  • 4. Hing Kasuri Methi Potato Fritters are ready to serve.
