Ingredients For Hot leftover rice vada recipe

Methods
  • 1. Grind the leftover rice smoothly.
  • 2. Take a bowl , add the leftover rice paste,curd,chopped onion, ginger,chilies,red crushed pepper, ajwain and coriander leaves. Add salt as per taste and blend the mixture perfectly using finger.
  • 3. Pour oil into a pan and hear it.
  • 4. Now apply water into both hands and make balls from the dough.
  • 5. Make the balls into circle and give a hole in the center using the index finger.
  • 6. Put each vada dough into hot oil, fry it untill the colour turn into golden brown and crispy.
  • 7. Hot leftover rice vada is ready to serve.
