Ingredients For Indo chinese gravy manchurian Recipe

Methods
  • 1. take finally chopped cabbage carrot in a big mixing bowl.
  • 2. Add apf, 2tbsp corn starch, black pepper, soya sauce, salt and mix well. add baking powder and mix .
  • 3. Now make small lemon size balls and deep fry in hot oil.
  • 4. Now heat 1tbsp oil in a kadhai. add garlic, capsicum,spring onion white.
  • 5. Saute till golden.add dark soya sause . Meanwhile mix 1tbsp corn flour with 2tbsp of water, pepper powder add tomato ketchup, salt, and 2 cups of water. Boil for 10 minutes.
  • 6. Now add corn flour mix in gravy and cook for another 2 minutes.it will start thickening.
  • 7. Once it thicken add spring onion green, required salt and fried manchurian balls to it.
  • 8. Cook a little and switched off the gas.serve hot with fried rice.
