Ingredients For Instant Jalebi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl, mix maida, curd.then add half tsp vinegar and water. Mix well in round circular directions for 4 minutes. Now add baking soda and give a gentle mix,then add yellow food color in it. Mix it well. Leave it for 1 hour.
  • 2. Now pour this batter in the tomato ketchup bottles carefully or put the batter in tata salt polythene make cone shape and cut little bit from cone side .
  • 3. Heat ghee in a flat pan or you can use dosa tawa also. Squeeze the bottle and make round spirals with the batter. when one side is partly cooked, turn over and fry the other side. Fry till the jalebis are a light golden.
  • 4. Then immediately drop the fried jalebis in the warm sugar syrup for 30 seconds (1 string consistency).
  • 5. Finally, serve jalebis hot, warm or at room temperature.
