boil vermicelli Put 2 cups of water in a vessel and let it boil. When the water comes to a boil, add roasted vermicelli to it and let it boil till it becomes soft. Check it in between. Switch off the gas as soon as the vermicelli becomes soft

cook vegetables Heat a kadhai and put butter in it. When the butter melts, add ginger paste and green chilies to it. Fry the spices on low gas so that the spices do not burn. After this, add cauliflower to it and cook it crunchy while stirring continuously. After 1 minute, add green peas to it and after 1 minute, add capsicum and fry for 3 minutes while stirring the vegetables. Then, add tomatoes and fry them for a while. When the vegetables are cooked, add pasta sauce to it and mix it well. Add chaat masala and salt and mix well.

Add boiled vermicelli to these cooked vegetables. Also add some green coriander as well. Mix them on low flame till they mix well for 2 minutes.

Namkeen vermicelli is ready. Very tasty vermicelli is made. Although children do not like to eat vegetables, but in this way they can prepare and give vermicelli with vegetables.
