Ingredients For Jaggery Thandai Mousse with Patisathpa Flower Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First boil the milk and reduce to half. Now add jaggery.
  • 2. When it more thicken add cornflour and milkmaid make more thicker.
  • 3. Add thandai powder.Turn off the gas. Put it in silicon mold. Set for 3-4 hours in fridge. Your Jaggery Pudding is ready .
  • 4. Now in a bowl add rice flour, suji,milk.
  • 5. Make a sami liquid batter .Now in nonstick pan put some batter. Make a thin crape . Take it out . Now put some Coconut Crumble in it. Now fold as s flowers.
