Jalebi Tacos Recipe

Jalebi Tacos is a fusion dessert recipe. Jalebi is very famous in Punjab and here's we make a fusion with Tacos. Jalebi tacos made with gram flour and all-purpose flour. It's a very yummy and delicious recipe.

Ingredients For Jalebi Tacos Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add all purpose flour, gram flour, water and orange food colour mix well and make lump free batter.
  • 2. Cover with cling wrap and keep it warm place for 6 - 7 hours.
  • 3. After 6 - 7 hours batter becomes fluffy.
  • 4. Pre-heat the oven at 150°c for 5 minutes.
  • 5. Lay down the baking sheet on mould and grease with butter.
  • 6. Pour 2 tbsp batter on it and spread in round shape.
  • 7. Now bake it for 3 minutes.
  • 8. In a wok add ghee heat it up. After 3 minutes Jalebis are baked now remove from mould.
  • 9. Deep fry the Jalebi in tacos shape.
  • 10. In a another pan add sugar and water, boil it until one thread consistency.
  • 11. Dip the Jalebi tacos in sugar syrup for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes remove it.
  • 12. Let it cool completely.
  • 13. Fill the whipped cream in Jalebi tacos.
  • 14. Sprinkle some chopped pistachios and garnish with chocolate sauce.
