Ingredients For Jawar flour cutlets Recipe

Methods
  • 1. 1. Firstly boil potatoes and mashed
  • 2. 2. Take a pan and dry roast jowar flour until colour change
  • 3. 3. Mix in rest of the ingredients (Except oil) and make a dough.
  • 4. 4. Now apply some oil on your palms and divide this dough into equal size balls.
  • 5. 5. Take one ball and press gently giving it a shape
  • 6. 6. Now heat oil in pan.
  • 7. 7. Fry all Tikki in oil until colour is brown
