Ingredients For Jowar Chilla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except oil. Mix it well.
  • 2. Gradually add water and make a lump free little thick but flowing batter. Keep it aside for rest.
  • 3. Heat tawa . Grease it with oil. Take one full big spoon batter put it on tawa, spread it in circular motion.
  • 4. Apply some oil. On medium heat cook the Chilla from both the sides till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
  • 5. Serve with sauce.
