Ingredients For Jowar Flour-Gram Flour Laddoo Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  • 2. Add jowar flour and gram flour and saute it for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
  • 3. Now add sugar,milk and dessicated coconut,mix well and cook until it becomes thick in texture.
  • 4. Finally add fresh cream and cook it for 2 minutes more.
  • 5. Add cardamom powder, mix well and switch off the flame.
  • 6. Allow the mixture to cool down completely.
  • 7. Divide mixture in equal portion of a lemon sized balls and give all the balls a shape of laddoos.
  • 8. Garnish with cashew nuts and laddoos are ready to serve.
